Be Prepared

Your voting processes and voting locations may have changed. Ahead of the election, prepare by:

  • Registering to vote.
  • If you vote in person, don't forget to bring eligible identification documentation  and double-check your polliing location.
  • If you vote by mail-in or absentee ballot, make sure you understand the requirements and ensure you return your ballot by the deadline.

The Country is facing a shortage of election workers.  Please consider volunteering.

Be Patient

Results may be slower than what we are used to in past elections.

  • Increased usage of mail-in and absentee ballots resulting from the public health emergency may lead to slower than usual results reporting in some states. Election officials perform due diligence and follow defined processes to verify election results.
  • Verify your sources to ensure you are reading and sharing trusted information. Our adversaries may exploit post-election uncertainty through the spread of inaccurate information.
  • Results you see via media are unofficial. Election officials are responsible for finalizing election results.
