Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act, W.S.16-3-103 et seq., and 18-3-504(a)(i), the Board of County Commissioners of Natrona County, Wyoming, will hold a public hearing on May 4, 2021 to consider a resolution repealing all prior Resolutions, Natrona County Parks Rules and Regulations and adopting new rules and regulations governing use of Natrona County Parks. On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. in the Natrona County Courthouse, District Courtroom #1, 200 North Center Street, Casper, WY 82601, the Board will open the public hearing to hear public comment and consider the proposed rules. Additionally, prior to the public hearing, any interested person may submit his/her written views on the proposed rules to the office of the Board of County Commissioners, 200 N. Center, Suite 115, Casper, WY 82601, via the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org. or online using this form. The proposed rules do not exceed the minimum substantive state statutory requirements and are not necessary to comply with a federal law or regulatory requirement.
