Okie Beach Campground is the first campground you reach as you drive on the west side of Alcova on Lakeshore Drive. Okie Beach is a popular boating, fishing, and camping location because of the two boat ramps located at this campground. Map (PDF)
Okie is noted for its open space and little shade. The campground has a small bay on the north side that has a few small intimate campsites with a sandy shoreline and restroom facilities. The rest of the campground to the south is primarily open.
