Warrants - Frequently Asked Questions

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office is responsible for entering any warrant issued in the 7th Judicial District Court or the 7th Judicial Circuit Court. The Sheriff's Office is also responsible for attempting to apprehend all individuals in Natrona County who have valid warrants issued for their arrest.

How do I know if there is a warrant for my arrest from Natrona County?

What do I do if I know the whereabouts of someone on the warrant list?
DO NOT TRY TO APPREHEND THE INDIVIDUAL. If you know the exact whereabouts of the party and feel that the person is a threat to the general public, you may dial 911. If you know where the person lives, works, or can be found, call Public Safety Communications Center at (307) 235-9300. Please be prepared to provide a name and description of the individual to the communication technician or officer. You may also submit a CrimeStoppers tip by calling the CrimeStoppers line at (307) 577-TIPS (8477).

Is there a reward for giving a tip on a warrant subject?
If you submit the tip through CrimeStoppers, you may be eligible to receive a monetary reward for tips leading to the arrest of a warrant subject and you can remain anonymous.
