1. When is a Zoning Certificate required?

A Zoning Certificate is required for all dwellings and structures that will be attached to the ground or attached to another building.

When changing the use of a structure, a change of occupancy will require a Zoning Certificate.

2. What do I need to submit for an address and Zoning Certificate?

A copy of the most current deed, a site plan (PDF), an address application (PDF), a building permit application (PDF) and any additional building plans as required by the Building Department.
